What if my order arrives incorrect?

If your order arrives incorrect, contact us at hello@tudorperformance.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Please include photos of the incorrect item(s), and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Do you offer refunds for personalized products?

Due to the nature of digital and personalized products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if You experience any issues with your purchase, contact us at hello@tudorperformance.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Can I combine multiple programs?

Yes! If You’re interested in combining different goals (e.g., speed + strength training), let us know in your questionnaire, and we’ll create a plan that fits all your requirements.

What if I have a medical condition or injury?

If You have any medical conditions or injuries, it’s important to consult your doctor before starting a new training plan. You can also let us know in your questionnaire, and we’ll adapt the plan accordingly.

What formats are the training plans provided in?

All training plans are delivered as downloadable easy-to-use format as (PDFs or PowerPoint). They’re compatible with 99,9% devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.

What happens if I lose my plan?

No problem! If You lose your plan or delete the email with the download link, just contact us at hello@tudorperformance.com, and we’ll resend it to You.

How does the personalized training plan work?

Once You purchase a Personalized Plan, You’ll receive a short questionnaire via email to help us understand your goals, fitness level, and preferences. Based on your answers and results, we’ll create a customized plan just for You and send it to your email within 24 hours.

When will I receive my personalized plan?

After completing the purchase and submitting your questionnaire, it typically takes 1-2 business days to design and deliver your plan.

What if I don’t receive my plan after purchasing?

If You haven’t received your personalized plan within the promised timeframe, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at hello@tudorperformance.com, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Are the plans suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our training plans are tailored to your fitness level, whether You’re a complete beginner or an advanced athlete. Be sure to provide accurate information during the questionnaire process so we can create the best Plan for You.

How are the personalized plans created?

Each plan is crafted based on the information You provide in the questionnaire after purchase. We consider your fitness level, goals, available time, equipment, and any special preferences to ensure the plan suits your needs.
